How do I purchase products on

All products may be purchased directly on or by contacting our Call Center on +39 06 94801116. Our operators are available Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm and can provide information in 5 languages.

What payment methods are accepted?

Purchases can be made using all major credit cards using our SSL transaction system which is the most advanced and secure offered by European banking channels. We also accept payment be means of Paypal and bank transfer without any additional costs.

Are the prices listed on the website inclusive of VAT and delivery?

The prices of all products on the website always include VAT while the cost of delivery is calculated separately and shown on the purchase summary page. The cost of delivery in the case of special promotions or purchases over a certain amount may be free.

I received a Promotional Coupon, how can I use it?

If you received a promotional coupon you can use it within one year from the date of issue. All you need to do is insert the coupon number we sent you in the appropriate space on the check out page that precedes payment so that our system can recalculate the price and apply the conditions stated by the coupon. We remind you that coupons may not be used to purchase discounted products.

Can you deliver products to any location?

You can provide any delivery address you like by filling out the form which proceeds the sending of the product. It is also possible to state a preferred delivery time range during the day which we will communicate to the courier.

How can I purchase and send products as gifts?

We offer a wide selection of individual products and packages as well as special Gift Boxes that include an assortment of wines and food products at multiple price ranges and for many occasions. You can learn more about these by browsing the offers at We will send your choice to the address you indicate and at the time of day you prefer. Our gift boxes can be accompanied by a gift card which can be personalized at the time of the order or afterwards by contacting our Call Center. We go to great lengths to make sure your gift has the desired effect.

If a parcel is damaged what should I do?

Should you receive a parcel with visible signs of external damage of a broken bottle or food container we ask you to refuse delivery, to leave the package with the courier and to contact us as soon as possible. We will take care of the damaged package and substitute it immediately free of charge. Naturally the above will also apply should you discover damaged goods only after opening your package.

Can a person other than myself accept delivery?

Yes, if the package does not contain alcoholic products, otherwise the receiver must be at least 18 years of age. Packages which cannot be delivered will not be returned to us but will remain in your area and you will be contacted by the courier in order to arrange another delivery.

How long does it take to receive delivery?

For deliveries in Italy our courier generally requires 2-3 working days, for the rest of Europe the maximum time required is 4-5 days. The estimated date of delivery will be provided at the time of order, you can also track your order at any time. Naturally in extreme cases caused by bad weather or unpredictable circumstances beyond our control there may be a delay. In such cases you will be notified.


What is Club Passione Italiana?

The Club Passione Italiana is an exclusive place reserved for our best friends who share our passion for the kitchen and for authentic gastronomic products, and who wish to receive monthly or quarterly packages containing specially selected products. Our Club members are part of a subscription formula and enjoy the finest selection of wine and food at savings of up to 30% off.

How can I join Club Passione?

Registration is free and is without obligation. All you need to do is select one of the three Club Passione formulas that best meets your tastes (one mustache, two mustaches, three mustaches) and you will receive your first selection of products. You can also choose the frequency with which you want to receive deliveries and may cancel the next delivery at anytime.

How are products selected?

Our experts personally select a mix of wines and foods that make up the packages delivered to members. Every selection takes into account the preferences of each individual Club member with the aim of satisfying even the most demanding palates. For this reason after the first delivery new members will be given a culinary questionnaire so that we can get to know your tastes and better calibrate the products selected based on individual preferences. Our objective is to introduce you to the finest Italian food and wine available.

How are you able to offer the highest quality at such low prices?

It’s simple, our product experts have exclusive and direct contacts with suppliers without any middlemen. In this way besides understanding the quality of products in detail they are able to obtain the best prices and bypass distribution chains and agents.

When will I receive delivery?

On the third week of every month you will receive the presentation of the package which will be delivered before the end of the month. We will ask you to check and confirm your address details and provide your payment authorization using the means of payment you have selected.

Is it possible to modify or suspend my subscription to Club Passione?

You can decide at anytime to change your subscription type. All you have to do is email or call us before the next delivery, generally before the end of the preceding month. You can also suspend your subscription whenever you like for however long you like, during your vacation period for example.

What are the payment options?

Just as with other purchases we accept all major credit cards, Paypal and bank transfer.

Is it possible to give a Club subscription as a gift?

Certainly, it’s an original gift everyone is sure to love. Simply specify the details of the beneficiary of the subscription when filling out the first order. The subscription can be suspended or canceled at anytime.
